Advice For Aching Back....
Our back is under a lot of pressure, and as we get older, it starts complaining about a lot of little things.That said, there are ways we can deal with back problems, and many of them involve paying attention to any nutritional deficiencies, especially vitamin D3, our daily habits, our posture and the way we sleep. Ensure that vitamin D3 is at optimal level (around 60-65). Also make sure that uric acid levels are within range and under control. Keep the body well-hydrated. Always sit and drink water. Practice oil pulling therapy.Here are a few pointers and some golden rules for sparing that aching back.
