Geographical discoveries of the World

In 981 Eric the Red discovered Greenland.

China was discovered by Venetian merchant Marco Polo. He traveled from Europe to Asia from 1271 to 1295.

West Indies was discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1492.

In 1492 Christopher Columbus  discovered America.

In 1493 (November 19) Christopher Columbus  discovered Puerto Rico.

New Foundland was discovered by John Cabot Sebastian in 1497 June 24.
