In case you have not yet come across these: Normally, we bladder movement, flush and go off our merry way. Best to take a second to observe before flushing.

 

This color chart is worth looking at, e.g

 

= Transparent, clean, light yellow:  NORMAL

 

= Pale, straw-colored means you are healthy and well hydrated and normal.

 

Yellow hazy or unclear yellow or fizzy/foamy: Too much protein in your diet, or some kidney problem. Don't delay asking your doctor about it.

 

White: Be careful: you're drinking too much water. Remember that water has to be taken moderately but not too much, and may have to cut back. Check a warning below to see if you are taking too much water, and then refer to the Urine Color Chart.

But water is essential for life! Water is good. Water is one of the most essential nutrients of the human body. Water is an important structural component of skin, cartilage, tissues and organs. For human beings, every part of the body is dependent on water. Our body comprises about 75% water: the brain has 85%, blood is 90%, muscles are 75%, kidney is 82% and bones are 22% water. The functions of our glands and organs will eventually deteriorate if they are not nourished with good, pure water. Water keeps the body temperature regulated, protects vital organs, assists the digestive system, transports oxygen and nutrients and eliminates toxins and wastes from the body. Lack of water can cause dehydration, fatigue constipation, piles and other disease conditions. 

 

It is chronic unintentional dehydration that produces stress, chronic pains and many degenerative diseases. The greatest tragedy in medical history is the assumption that dry mouth is the only sign of the body's water needs. A dry mouth is not a reliable indicator of our body's water needs. If one stops getting thirsty, one needs to drink more water. For when a human body is dehydrated, its thirst mechanism shuts off.
