Religions, Festivals and religious organisations General knowledge

 India is a land of spirituality. It is the birth place of four major religions in the World; Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. In addition to these there are other major religions like Islamism and Christianism. Religions are essential parts of our culture. All the religions have their own festivals, customs and manners. But the diversity in religions does not affect the unity of the country. Unity in diversity makes India different from other countries .
