Daily Market Report for Thursday (March 21, 2013)
On Japanese candlestick patterns the index has formed a second consecutive black body candle on higher volumes. The body of this candle is below and outside the body of the previous black body candle. This is negative.
Further, the 5 day's moving average has crossed below the 15 day's moving average. This is negative and a sell signal. Moreover, the index is below the 5, 15 and 25 day's moving averages and all the three averages are declining. The velocity parameters too are negatively trended. All these indicate a negative bias and the possibility of a further decline unfolding. Investors are advised to avoid buying at current levels.
